We recommend that you take your time to select the perfect print for your space. Be sure to measure carefully. Don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. In any case, we offer a 10-day guarantee for you to test your artwork on the wall. If you are not satisfied, you can demand a refund within that time frame, but make sure the artwork is in the same physical condition as you received it.
A word of advice! Before you place your order, we recommend that you cut a sheet of paper to the exact print size you are considering and paste it on the wall. This will give you a very good idea of how the print will look in your space.

2. Defective or damaged products
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or damaged print, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If a damaged item or packaging arrives, please take a photo of the product, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.If you notice that an item is damaged after delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com. Our team will be happy to assist you. MyBestCanvas will bear the cost of returning the product.
All digital prints must exactly match the products shown on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at our email to arrange a reprint - free of charge, of course! You are a priority.
3. Cancellations and changes
Before delivery is on its way, you can cancel or make changes to an order. In this case, we will refund you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After the purchase is shipped, no cancellations or changes will be possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so requests for cancellations or changes should be made as soon as possible.
